Cancellation: Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that life happens and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least **24 hours' notice**. **Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total**. **No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50 of the scheduled service total. After a no-call, no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking**. These policies help protect the time that has been reserved specifically for you and allow me the opportunity to accommodate clients on my waitlist.
